A favorite lunch-time dish of Tante Traudl.


2 cups


  • Fleckerl Noodles
  • Smoked Ham
  • 2 eggs


Cook the noodles in water until tender. Drain.

Cook the ham in 3-4 cups of water. Drain, reserving water. Cut the ham into medium-sized pieces, and then grind coarsely into a roasting pan. Cover with the drained noodles. Add the eggs to the reserved cooking water, mix and then pour over the ham/noodle mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours until golden.
