Ingo’s favorite version of a French Dip sandwich

Yield

1 sandwich

Ingredients

  • French or Sourdough Bread
  • Horseradish
  • Mayonnaise
  • Mustard
  • Swiss Cheese (sliced)
  • Thinly sliced Roast Beef
  • Pickle

Directions

Place roast beef in au jus. Microwave for 1-2 minutes or until hot. Place cheese on bread. Toast. Spread mayonnaise, mustard and horseradish on bread. Pile on roast beef. Cut sandwich in half and serve with au jus and pickle.
